Plain white toothpaste will remove crayon from walls and floors. Just put a dab on a soft cloth and rub the crayon mark gently---the toothpaste takes the crayon mark right off, without damaging the surface.

K mums the word. I'm still curious if that will work on flat latex wallpaint.

try it out on the wall behind the sofa or the bed. that way, if it don't work, no harm.

i would try it, but we only use gel paste.

just tried what we use (crest extra whitening) on a door that is flat white.

worked just fine. put a little on a dry wash clothe and lightly rubbed and off came the crayon.

I like the permanent markers myself. Maybe that's why Pat blows a gasket when I use the wall. Rolling Eyes Laughing Hey the markers are easier to see.

a guy my dad worked for in the 70's had a habit that when he had a idea or wanted to get a point across, he drew on anything with a magic marker. one day, he and another of the bosses were walking through the office parking lot and he had a idea and proceeded to sketch it out on a car hood. not his car, someone else's brand new car! the owner wanted the hood cleaned and a apology and what he got was a new hood. the "original hood drawing" ended up on the wall of the bosses office.

Dave,
I would have loved to have seen the owners face I bet he went ballistic. Laughing
That was a good idea hanging the hood on a wall.
